St. Paul mexican restaurant Ol’ Mexico came looking for a unique, fun and lively menu concept. With the help of incredibly talented illustrator/animator Kelly McNutt this is what we created.

First up was creating detailed adobe walls as a backdrop slowly breaking and chipping over time. Next we overlaid these walls with hand-painted illustrations. Finally, we “burned” the heading of each section to give them a very realistic look.
